Staff is very friendly and helpful and help me to find the staff I need. Went today which is Easter Monday and lots of parking space but lots of seafood selection is lacking. Like salmon and mixed seafood marinara. Maybe its just because of long weekend. But otherwise, great selection of groceries and big and tidy store.
I work full time so I do often send my children in together to get things I need for our home.nAlways a staff member at the self checkouts that ask one of my son's to move away from the other while he buying items so that they can see he's actually scanning everything.nMy children have never stolen, for them to be treated like this is presumptuous and unacceptable.nFunny that they don't feel the need to do this with adults, or when I am with my children. Judgemental staff can ruin a business.
Woolies StokennOccasionally a good deal to be found especially in the reduced section. But the store needs friendlier staff and is in major need of refurbishment I have noticed buildings being demolished nearby perhaps a bigger car park or a brand new store?nnOccasionally get unsavoury locals in this store and it can be intimidating at times. Given a choice I drive 2 miles south to the new woolies in Richmond for a better experience
The team here are so friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed! They may not have the best range of products but the excellent customer service makes up for it
Getting a bit shabby now, staff are helpful but some things out of stock
