Woolworths The Palms

This is the cleanest and tidiest supermarket i’ve ever seen! The products aren’t as cheap as some other places but it’s still a nice store to shop at!

The dairy section always has expired products. We get a specific milk for our daughter and the shelves are always stocked with expired ones. Bought cream cheese today and it had expired yesterday! Customer service was great and I got a replacement but not the point… when you’re paying a lot more to shop at Woolworths than other supermarkets you expect products to be in date.

Low sensory hour!! Wed, 2pm or 230, can't remember.This needs to be shared high and low, and they need to advertise it better. This is the only place I've ever seen that advertises this though. I don't know about their prices/selection compared to anywhere else, but taking care enough to have a low-sensory hour is a biggie. Thank you.

Big and very organized, fresh vegetables and fruits, lots of special deals

Shelves are well stocked. Staff are friendly. Isles are open and user-friendly. At peak patience is required as check out lines are quite long. The gluten-free section is vast, well stocked and easy to access!
