Woolworths Rangiora East

It's my local, but I'm losing more and more confidence in this store.nItems I want are on the app but not in stock, or not on the app but in stock when I go in. Makes it hard to do online shopping or work my budget. Trollies aren't always at the door. I treated myself to 2 bottles of Barkers feijoa tea, got the bottles home and discovered BBD as 11/11/25. I purchased on 23/12/25. There's still some bottles with the same BBD a week later. And I recently went in late afternoon to lots of empty shelves, not a lot of meat and the soft plastic bins were full with the overflow on the floor. Often have found items on special or loaded with bonus points not in stock. IMO, Waimak Junction a better store.

Worst shopping experience so far!I've been shopping there for years and now after some geniuses idea to streamline their staff,the shelves are completely empty! Right across the board from meat section to grocery and this was early morning. Unsure if you have a nightfill but didnt look like it this morning. Seemed there was more staff picking internet orders than stocking shelves!Coming into the busy xmas period your company needs to lift its game BIG TIME.

Tuesday 16th September. Yet again the trolley park at the entrance to the supermarket was empty. This is not the first time I have complained about it. The customer service staff should show some respect to their customers, we are expected to show them some kindness but how about staff showing some kindness in return. It took me a long time to extract a large trolley from a line of green ones whist holding three bags.

5/5 for me, the staff are absolutely amazing and always really friendly and helpful. This is definitely my number 1 for Rangiora :

Odd layout and despite being a large floor area, it seemed to have less choice compared to other supermarkets in the area or other Woolworths.nWe only went there to see if it was better than the one we usually go to - we won't be going back.
