Whitcoulls

Probably the most legendary place on the shore, I've been to Barnes and Nobels and the Harry Potter store in New York and none of them come close to Whitcoulls Milford, the terrific king of bookstores!

Hey there! If you are reading this, this is a wonderful place to go. So I definitely recommend. And now reasons why: It literally have all the new stuff. Like new books releases or other holiday dates that has to do with it. The books there are in outstanding quality not mentioning that they have some very rare books. Though it's not just the books, there are games, stationary, all thoughts of pens and erasable pens and pencils. Plus there are a bunch of cards that are very interesting. Like one that I brought for my friend that says Happy b-day and there is a pull-out sticker and another that has a cool badge attached to it. Ok... Now the staff. The staff there is literally AMAZING. Once I arrived early and I can see them cleaning and changing the signs and wiping down everything before they open up. And when I was browsing through the stationary row, they came to me and said if there was anything they could help with and I was impressed. Btw... I always go on weekdays and people there is.... well you know... AMAZING... Oh no... I think I might have just ran out of good adjectives. lmao I think I still have a lot way to write but long story short.... Like I said before Amazing...! Not exaggeration And p.s thanks for reading all this. If you didn't skip that is :B

With very few bookstores or stationers in existence it is nice there is still one in the mall. The staff are friendly, they have a pretty good range of cards, however the book section is slightly lacking - I don't blame this on Whitcoulls though, I blame this on online shopping, so if you are looking for a book go in store and order one and then pick it up and eventually they will expand their stock if people flock back to the ol' book store as opposed damn online shopping. Would recommend.

Rang as said a product was in stock online. Young person who answered phone spent literally 10 seconds checking and came back to say couldnt find any product even though had just told me had 16 items in stock. Then drove to store and found 10 ITEMS ON FLOOR.! Terrible service. .

The manager was amazing. I'm waiting on my now favourite author. Kristen Hannah. Having read all her recent books. I'm bringing in her older books. She told me to read Where the Crawdads sing. Still reading it. But it is as good as Kristen are. So few people in book stores are avid readers. This lady knows her stuff

This is more than just a book store. This place has, games, puzzles and toys. It also has little gifts and items that you might take to friends or loved ones while travelling. Furthermore it has household equipment and miscellaneous items. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Book area include Top 100, fact, fiction, cooking, gardening and travel

Absolutely Wonderful Staff working there! They were all so helpful and humorous. I would give as much stars if there is. Definitely recommended! :D

It's a neat store with a variety of products including toys and stationary. It's just alittle bit more expensive then other stores and the aisles are cramped so it isn't easy to keep social distancing. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great team and array of items. Always will try to get items from another shop, if short if stock.
