Great place to work out. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. There is a variety of classes which keeps it different and all the coaches are awesome and keen to help or offer advice. Afterpay is available for those who need it. Highly recommend giving it a go!!!!

Best experience!!! since day one I have just felt comfortable, all exercises are talked through and explained and you can push yourself to your own personal level, haven’t felt so empowered or achieved after a gym session like I have here. bonus of the challenges where you can win $ is such a good motivation to keep you on track and the team is so encouraging, wouldn’t recommend it more!

It caters for all ages, body shapes and fitness levels. What else could you ask for. Dorz is an excellent trainer and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
