Cardio Theatre with user friendly cardio exercise equipment including; treadmills, crosstrainers, steppers, cycles, recumbant cycles and rowers, 5 TV channels including 'Sky Sport' and 'Juice TV' plus a great variety of radio channels.

A homely, personalised and comfortable gym experience with opportunities to partake in resistance training on the newly renovated gym floor as well as high quality Les Mills spinning and other group classes. It would be difficult to find an equal competitor in Whangarei. Very happy customer!!!
Fantastic gym!!! Awesome range of Les Mills classes and super motivating instructors. Love how the place is forever evolving and always listening to members suggestions. The new hang out area is great and it makes it easier to meet new people. They cater to all ages and needs :- Super affordable membership prices too! 10/10 recommend this gym to everyone.

Best gym! Great range of facilities and a great range of options to suit all fitness levels and requirements. The Les Mills classes keep me motivated and engaged in my fitness journey and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, inclusive and friendly.
I love how they offer les mills classes! You can tell that the instructors are passionate about what they do which enhances the overall member experience. I love the new upgrades to the facility Great value for money in comparison to other gyms. A real point of difference A great community feel!
My wife and I do a bit of cardio with rpm class and a bit of core work ,we always need core . Instructors are great , very keen and great classes .they are very helpful when your learning . Thanks kensington fitness , Anna and Jess !!!
Easy to find, lots of parking and really helpful friendly staff
I have been attending Kensington Fitness for a few months now and absolutely love it. So much on offer with so many fitness classes, the new functional fitness room, sauna and lots of equipment available. Something to suit everyone! Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend Kensington fitness to everyone. They have everything you need: LesMills classes, cycle studio, a brand new functional studio, machines and weights etc The staff is so very friendly. Working out never have been so easy and enjoyable before.
Great facilities with everything you need. Most amazing happy and helpful staff. Love this gym!!
