CrossFit Whangarei

Joined in 2018 and still here in 2021. Joined here to improve my general fitness, but stayed because of the amazing community and vibes . Don't be fooled thinking you have to be already fit to join, I started with no knowledge on crossfit or lifting and now I'm wasting everybody in the workouts nah jokes The coaches will help you every step of the way and nobody will judge you because they're too busy worrying about themselves : Seriously give it a try though, you'll either hate it or love it. I just know that I made the best decision 3 years ago, so maybe this could help you :

CFW is the place to be for fitness in Whangarei. Great bunch of coaches that can cater for all abilities, amazing space and equipment and friendly members!

I joined up with cross fit Whangarei last year. Great facilities, awesome trainers, definitely a family vibe from these guys. Always make you feel welcome, no matter what fitness level you are, "Just Do It"

Great drop in price, friendly class and community. Let us use equipment for open gym no worries. Good set up with plenty of room. Highly recommend
