Active Attitude

The place has shown no creativity to by pass the apartheid law imposed by the government. I have several ideas to keep the business running with inoculated customers and customers that believe in free choice. If I know how to do that, I understand the business should know too..

First impressions great! Excellent and inviting at the door service answering all my questions and open to general convo. My girl hasnt started yet but based on this I am signing her up tonight.

The staff were great at first. But really I think my child should have been offered a couple of free trial sessions. He just didn't want to do it after we had paid the fees. Person taking the class didn't make my son feel included in the group, staff have no customer service skills. More interested in taking the money, they didn't seem to care when asked if we could get a partial refund. Was told that he my child should make an effort to get more involved. Personally I wouldn't recommend this business, but thats just my opinion on how I feel about them.
