New owners, i have been twice in the last 2 months both times they forget to add apple sauce to the roast meal. I asked to put gravey on the bottom of the container before placing food in, they look at you weird, i just like it this way really simple request to ask. The meat was dry and pumpkin cold, not good like it use to be.

Brought chicken and it was bloody and pink inside . Potato’s were cold . First and last time . Owners seemed friendly .

I was craving a roast at breakfast time, so I visited these guys. Meat and veges were lovely. I couldn't taste the gravey. A little expensive but overall I did enjoy the meal. It didn't just fill a hole.

Lunch time for a hot pork filled roll. No salad available for the roll, stale bread but nice pork and token crackle. Service: no smiles or even a greeting and abrupt at every point. I won’t go back and wouldn’t advise others to spend their hard earned there. If you want my money at least be pleasant to me.

Stopped by to pick up a small snack for a late afternoon lunch Only picked up fried chicken on this visit Service was friendly by the young man Not a lot was in the warmer cabinet at time Chicken was tasty and well cooked ,some parts was quite salty

I'm surprised that I didn't take any photos, but the Roast Pork large meal was so delicious that I ate it before taking a photo there was more potatoes and only had two tiny pieces of kumara, but I would order again

TERRIBLE FOOD & ABSOLUTELY RUDE SERVICE!! I heard this place was good so turned up fairly hungry. And I’ve seen the photos of the tables & I thought you can eat there, apparently not. I asked to eat in and he continued to put food into takeaway container. I said I want to have here he says this is a takeaway not a restaurant! I said you have chairs and tables though? He said rudely can’t a takeaway have chairs and tables? I didn’t know what to say I just smiled and sat down only to find the guy had give me the super dry ends of the pork which might as well been jerky not roast. I showed the guy, he looked at me like I had done something wrong and shrugged his shoulders and said it’s the end bit. I was baffled! I said sort your attitude and food. Just left the food and left hangry and disappointed

Poor. I've been a patron of this establishment for years ever since it first opened. I order the same thing each time. Today the service made me angry. Today I'm not allowed crackle. When I ask why? I am completely ignored whilst the man doing the cutting speaks another language in conversation with his work mate. I asked if he heard me. He then said there wasn't enough and continued his conversation. I. Said you have now lost my business. They didn't care. So rude .

Not a huge fan to be honest, the food somewhat bland and the staff are less than friendly. Obviously other's may have had a better experience but I won't be going back
