Westfield St Lukes

It’s a big shopping mall with lots of shops to look around. Plenty of food places too. Sometimes it gets very busy, especially on weekends. Easy to walk around and find what you need. Parking can be a bit full at busy times, but still handy to have. Good place to shop or grab something to eat.

Nice place, lots of stores under one roof, lots of parking, lots of food stall variety and seatings, children friendly and wheelchair accessible. Come hang out with friends or family outings, movies and dinner.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a negative customer service experience at Lotus, Westfield, on 16 January at approximately 9:31am. The male staff member who served me was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive.nThe way I was spoken to was unacceptable and did not meet basic customer service standards. Customers should always be treated with respect. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.nI would like Westfield to provide this staff member with clear advice or training on how to treat customers respectfully and professionally. In contrast, there is an Indian female staff member at this store who consistently provides excellent service. She treats all customers with kindness, respect, and patience, and is an example of how customer service should be delivered.nI hope this feedback is taken seriously.nThank you for your time.

Monty’s jungle at Westfield is part of our family, each of our children have grown up with amazing memories. Today with our 3rd child enjoying the best friendly environment from the staff and as always make us feel welcome .
