Guys. I had the same issue of parking enforcement fine but we were still shopping inside. Appealed with proof purchased and squashed the fine. They informed me go toinformation desk and show proof purchase if you are shopping for extend the parking time. Hope this is useful.

It is an outlet shopping center with quite a few known brands, mostly in sports and shoes. Better go earlier to in a Saturday to guarantee your size number. Really good to find nice Nike, Adidas, New Balance sneakers. And great Kathmandu coats. In the day I went, the Levi store had a 50% discount promotion that was unmissable. There is a food court there too.
