Mall is bit quite, but still has some good stores

How disappointing and sad to see the state of this Mall. The food court is literally empty except for Subway. Shops at that end of the Mall are empty and being used to store stock and furnishings for the Team Panda shop which has moved into the old Farmers store. It’s a complete eyesore seeing these shops used as warehouses. See photos below! What has happened to the standards of the old Pakaranga Mall? Is this really the future of the Mall we can expect to see going forward? Surely not!nThe shops at other end of Mall by Supermarket take pride in their presentation thank goodness.

Pakuranga Town Centre is a handy spot for locals in East Auckland, offering a decent mix of shops, a supermarket, and covered parking. That said, it’s definitely showing its age, and the ongoing construction for the Eastern Busway doesn’t help much with the vibe. The food court’s pretty limited, too, which can be a letdown. Still, there’s talk of future upgrades, so it might just get a nice refresh down the line!

This is very quiet place the mall inside of is half empty with just few shops open most of the businesses inside is closed. But now a days the have a new mart opened which is very good and cheap buy you can find almost all necessities things for home decor at very good prices.

I wish I had seen this mall at its best, when all the shops were full and the people milling around.nI'm sure that would've pushed my scoring up to 5 stars.nI visited Pakuranga Mall for the first time today and even though there were so many shops shut due to all of that horrible turmoil associated with construction of the Eastern Busway and the Reeves Road Flyover, you could still feel comfortable inside.nThe mall it self is very clean especially the toilets and quiet unlike all of those other malls up the road that are full of overwhelming noise.nI do like the intimacy of this one, even with so many shops shut.nI really do hope that some, if not all, of the retailers that left, do come back. If not, maybe some new ones could fill the spaces.nAfter all, with Panda Mart bringing in so many customers, the customers would surely like to explore other retailers there in the mall.nI know I did and discovered my new favourite eatery.nI will return again soon.
