Westfield Manukau

Excellent helpful staff at their customer service desk. Mall has a good vibe, a range of stores, supermarket, Department store, florist, cinema. Shopping is fun and good in terms of affordability. Food court offers great variety. Ample parking available. Covered mall and walking area between it and certain parking areas - which is excellent for the rainy days. Accessibility for disabled.

My family and I had a great time Watching a movie in cinema with a movie runtime of 3 hrs 15 min. When we come back to the car after the movie we have a parking ticket for exceeding 120 minutes of parking. Sucks! Maybe we supposed to go out in the middle of the movie move the car and park again somewhere. Or make it sure the movies your watching will not exceed 120 minutes. Really sucks!.

While it covers a decent footprint with around 167 stores, it feels relatively small and a bit dated compared to Auckland’s larger and more modern malls like Sylvia Park or Westfield Newmarket. The mall hasn’t seen major redevelopment since 2007, and it shows—many areas are in need of a refresh to keep up with changing retail trends. Still, it covers the essentials well, with anchor stores like Farmers, JB Hi-Fi, The Warehouse, and a Woolworths formerly Countdown providing a solid grocery and retail offering. The food court includes over 30 outlets, featuring a variety of cuisines alongside big-name chains like McDonald’s, Burger King, and Starbucks, making it easy to grab a bite while shopping. Entertainment options like Event Cinemas and a kids’ play area help keep families entertained, while amenities like parents’ rooms and Kiddie Kruzzers make it a family-friendly spot. Parking is a strong point, with over 2,100 spaces available, and the mall is well connected by public transport, located close to the Manukau Bus Station and train services. While Westfield Manukau may not offer the flashiest experience, it remains a reliable and accessible choice for locals—though a long-overdue revamp would go a long way in revitalizing its appeal.

Very pleasant my partner and I enjoyed ourselves. However I had a booking at skin kandy and came all the way from East Auckland to be told the piercing person wasn't there. So why not ring. But other than that the mall was great

Food Court. After 7 years away...The butter chicken melted in my mouth as I closed my eyes to memories of many times visiting over the decades. I have not been able to find your Butter Chicken taste anywhere in Napier. Move to Napier xxx
