We are a OWNZ registered Weightlifting club. Open to anyone who is interested in training with us, all levels are welcome!

Story

Waitakere Olympic Weightlifting is an OWNZ affiliated weighlifting club in Henderson, West Auckland.
We encourage partiipation and interest from all levels of athletes from novice to experienced, make and female. Our head Coach is New Zealand representative, Ianne Guinares, Commonwealth Games and IWF World Champs athlete. A number OWNZ record holders train with us and we encourage new athletes to come in and experience this incredible, age old Olympic sport. Contact us for a visit, watch us train or say hello!
