I have just recently join F45 Henderson and I'm loving it, this small BUT mighty gym gets you pushing for your goals. One week in and I can already see visual differences in myself. AMAZING!!!!
Fun, exciting place to work out with friends or fam. Trainers are super friendly and always ready to jump in to help. No mirrors in the gym!!! Only the bathrooms. Amazing vibe here!!

Small but mighty! F45 Henderson is a true family. Fabulous trainers who get to know you one on one, excellent workouts without worrying about being lost in the crowd, no mirrors to psych yourself out with, but overall a gym that is for anyone and everyone. No ability is to weak or strong.
