Woooow! Sooo impressed! We had the best time with our preschooler. I'm 8months pregnant n was heavenly for me too. Clean, great facilities, lifeguards were on the ball making sure kids were supervised. Family changerooms! N the cubicles were huge. Cant wait to go back :

Wow loads of fun and fitness plenty on offer here hire a personal lock up locker, buy aquatic apparel etc,kids pools wave pool,large pool,hot pools,diving tower,gym,sauna food and drink kiosk staff are super friendly and helpful .plenty of lifeguards available. plenty of carparking available even got a hydrotherapy pool here.Henderson is couple of minutes walk away.neighbouring stream offers a leisurely walk.there are other services offered here not just pool did I mention that this place has a Hydroslide!!.cool love it..

Have to say I’ve been impressed. Being the first person ever to break a NZ swim record in the pool Mayor Corban promised me a plaque, didn’t happen back in 1988/9, I’ve seen this venue look tired and super old over the years. Recently I’ve started using the pool again to get me water fit for the NZ Master Games and I’m loving the sparkling clean water and non wee smelling changing rooms. Keep up the great work.

This is a good place to get fit and healthy, good variety of different classes to choose from which are included in gym membership. The toilets and changing rooms can be a bit disgusting at times , I did find some of the staff at the gym to be a bit judgemental . Good thing was the joining fee was cheap+ and then after that weekly payments. I didn't have any problems canceling my membership I just sent them an email and it was sorted very quickly. If I decide to join a gym again this would be my go to. Because it's worth what you pay for and no stupid contracts.

I have use the rehab gym and use to use the hydrotherapy pool, but it became too cold so I stopped, but this wasn't good for my rehab.  Most of the staff are lovely and always greet with a happy attitude expect for the manager  at the reception.  She always seems like it is a bad day and is grumpy and this also shows in her face.  I pity the poor workers.

This pool is so unreliable. The toddler side is closed more often than it is open. Wouldn’t make the drive out to take the gamble. And nothing on their fb page to say it’s closed. Great area for the kids.. if it was ever open.

We were in the toddler area. Very clean and not too busy. Lifeguards looked on, so we felt secure. The staff were very courteous and my cup of tea was great, thanks cafe lady.

Went there at 2:30pm, and entered Sauna Room at 3pm, get told by the safety guard there is a water falt, and everyone out of the Sauna Room please, and everyone can get refund in the front counter. Then I went out, pop to the front counter, the lady said that "we do not give refund to anyone", well, very dissappointed staffs with unprofessional attitude as you may see above. If you do not want to get worst pool services, DO NOT come here please.

Very good gym with a lot of space and machines. Leisure pool is not the cleanest one in Auckland I can say. However, I see some improvements in the Last year or so.

Great place WHEN you can get in and the facilities are actually operational. Consistently long wait times to get in and frequent maintenance issues mean it's a gamble every time you come to westwave. A serious upgrade or an additional facility in West Auckland is clearly needed
