Results Fitness is for women of all ages, shapes, sizes and athletic levels, who prefer working out at a gym where they feel that they truly belong.

If you are not a member you need to join. This is more than a gym it’s a close knit community that are only about uplifting women and having fun. I lost 4kgs in 4 weeks and still getting toned and fit. This is the best shape I have ever been in. Not only do I love myself again but I have made lifelong friends. It’s the first gym that I WANT to be at, I absolutely LOVE the staff and the members and the facilities are always spotless and wiped down, I feel safe using them. No judgment ever, just women from all walks of life smashing goals and always having fun. A wonderful variety of group classes and amazing personal training.
Honestly this is the best gym I have ever seen!!!!! I have only recently joined for the Big Sister Program and could not be happier. The atmosphere is fantastic and everyone is very friendly and supportive. A great place to enjoy while working out. Even better they hold fun classes everyday that makes you not want to miss any! Best decision I have made was joining.
BEST gym ever!! The staff here are friendly and caring and go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. They’re a private gym NZ's longest-running women's gym, so it has a personal feel and an awesome vibe as soon as you walk in the door. You won’t be disappointed if you join. Your life will be richer for it!
I am so motivated to go to Results Fitness, the team are a fabulous and helpful bunch of ladies, the classes are hard work but loads of fun. The first time I walked in, I straight away felt welcome and inspired to work hard at looking and feeling good about myself. Thank to all the ladies at Results Fitness
I have been a member at Results fitness now for around 13 years. I have really enjoyed my time at results, I have found that been a member of the gym has changed my life in many ways. From the amazing friends I have made who will be life long friends. I have taken part in events that I never would have even thought of before. Two events I have done with the gym are the 100k fkyer from Rotoura to Taupo. I laughed at my personal trainer Sam when she suggested it, but I finished it. My other favourite event is the generation homes Women's tri, that a huge group from the gym go to each year. This is a great weekend away where everyone. Supports each other on the course. What makes results what it is, is the amazing staff and owners who support us to try new things out. We have regular challenges where the staff and owners take part as well, from boot camp to BSB. Boot camp day at Bethals beach is always fun The owners Sam and Ursh are a big part of the gym, working on the floor, taking personal training and classes. I have done personal training with Sam for a few years now and love it. I never know what to expect but always end up laughing. She knows how to get the best out of you, pushing you to do more than you think you can do. Over the last two years I have been lucky enough to take part in life coaching with Ursh. This has been amazing she has helped me to work through things and also given me the steps to make goals. I have learnt so much through her seminars, workshops and one on one coaching. I enjoy my time at the gym each day working out and also catching up with friends. It doesn't feel like a chore going to the gym when there is so much on offer. I love joining in the classes, my favourite is insanity which is a Hitt class. A great challenge that pushes me to work hard. All these things keep me going back to results and loving it. Our Flash new gym we got early this year is a bonus, coming back from christmas the members got a brand new gym to work out in. I love that the owners and staff take the time to get to know us and come to all the events.I suggest if you are looking for a gym to come and try out results fitness.
Wow, where do I start? Results Fitness for Women is absolutely the BEST gym I have EVER belonged to, not just in Auckland, but across the world. I know, you are saying to yourself as you read this, "Yeh sure, that's a bit extreme". However, I really am not exaggerating. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel a warmth and caring that is not felt in other gyms. The owners are fully part of the gym taking classes and doing PT with clients, as well as one on one coaching. ALL of the staff are caring and take care of you. The classes and all PT coaches are fabulous. The ladies that belong to the gym always make you feel welcome and you do not have to look like a barbie doll with the latest fashions on to belong, but if you do look like a barbie doll you will still fit in. The point I am making is NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE, what you look like, what your background is, EVERY woman is welcome. You will get encouragement, assistance with nutrition, and a new family at this gym. One of the owners, Ursh, has been my life coach since last year and I have found this an ENORMOUS help for me. It has allowed me to grow and become a better and more thoughtful person, who cares about where she is heading in her life. It goes without saying, Ursh and Sam go that extra mile to make sure their members are whanau, not just clients. This coaching has helped me so much that I am now considering training and opening my own life coaching business. URSH IS AWESOME as a life coach and as a trainer and as a person in general. As is her wife, Sam, who is full of life and encouragement and makes me want to jump into all the programs that they run, even if I think I cannot do it, they say “Yes you Can!”, and you know what I CAN! My favourite new class is "Mindful Stretching". If you want to relax your mind after a stressful Monday, this is an awesome mindset reset class to end your Monday. Strength, Spin, Boxing and Insanity, would have to be my favourite classes. Having weekly PT is fantastic and the many extra challenges that you can take part in. During our current lockdown situation Ursh and Sam implemented a virtual gym group. IT IS AWESOME! Online classes with all the trainers, at different times throughout the day, mediation, Sam’s kitchen, group life coaching sessions, it has been a place where I can keep my need for connection alive, make sure I stay sane, and keep fit at the same time. You are not a number in this gym. The old program "Cheers" comes to mind... Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came You want to be where you can see The troubles are all the same You want to go where everybody knows your name.
Never have I ever been at a gym where I have felt so welcomed, motivated and more than just a number! Being part of the Results family has been one of my best investments in myself! I have also met so many like minded, motivated and strong wahine who will be my lifetime friends! Can not recommend this gym highly enough, come join us as you will never look back!
Life changing!! That’s what this gym has meant for me. I used to hate exercise and fear being judged in traditional gyms for being the “bigger girl”, but I feel so confident and empowered around the women & trainers at Results. Honestly if you’re looking for trainers who truly care about your overall well-being - not just physical fitness - then this is the whanau for you!
I am so happy that I am signed up at Results fitness I signed up last year & since then everytime I walk into Results fitness, I am greeted so kindly & always have a good chat with whoever is at the reception. Walking into the main gym space, I am always greeted with a hello Maxine from either Sam, Yvette or Betty It makes me feel like I am welcomed into the gym & even using the machines, I don’t feel like I am not allowed on them, I am encouraged to use everything which is an awesome feeling I love my PT sessions with Yvette & I have done 2 classes with Sam & Yvette & can’t wait to get back into doing the classes and love the energy from both & love Sam wanting me to start my first Fight Do class last month which was awesome might I add Just wanting to say thank you for being such a welcoming bunch of ladies & excited to continue on my fitness journey at Results fitness Henderson
I have been at Results for many years. They have fantastic classes and facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best ever women's gym.
