Inspired by great trainers and coaches since my childhood, fitness has always been my passion. Training has been a central part of my life and an area of real strength.

I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the years and now is the time to share this by supporting others to reaching their personal fitness goals in their pursuit of good health and wellbeing.
Through my work and journey with The Salvation Army, I have discovered the importance of friends, whānau, spirituality and healthy living. Te Whare Tapa Whā is a health model that I align myself with which also talks about the importance of physical health (te taha tīnana).
Starting my own personal training business is the next step in my journey and I look forward to encouraging others to achieve their fitness goals!
