Led by Andria, a qualified & experienced trainer dedicated to improving your fitness, health, strength and wellbeing both physically and mentally. Essentially assisting you in redesigning your body and your life through my Bootcamp sessions. These Fitness Bootcamp workouts are military inspired and are built on 3 fundamentals of training- Cardio, strength and agility and require little more than your bodyweight to get results.
They’re more intense than many fitness classes and offer a challenging variation of exercises than traditional gym workouts. Not to mention the group camaraderie and motivation and being led by an instructor every time.
Plus they burn serious calories during and after your training!!
