Circuit Classes for the young and old, men and women!
A circuit is exactly that, you move around in a circuit completing exercises as you go.
You will spend 45 seconds working out at each station, then will have 15 seconds to move on to the next station.
Each station will have a 'hard' and 'easy' option for each exercise.
You can push yourself as hard as you like - the more you put in, the more you will get out!
Stations will be either cardiovascular based or resistance based. This will have you leaving the class with your heart pumping and your muscles burning! But all in a good way.
Circuit training is an extremely effective way to get fit and tone up in a short space of time.
So... if time is never on your side, but you would like to get fit or shape up, then Circuit Fit is for you!

Come twice a week for even faster results!
Music will be going, you won't get bored (as exercises will change from class to class) and best of all, you will have FUN participating!
