Target fitness is privately owned and operated. At Target fitness we specialize in helping people gain strength, lose weight, increase muscle mass and gain explosive speed, Boot camp workouts and a mix of boxing fitness for variety. We also offer mobile, personal training and cooperate training packages. The fitness programs and training designed at Target fitness will be constructed to give you the best results and deliver what you have always wanted... your ideal body!
