I applied for a membership in February and was informed in March that I needed to visit the centre to activate it. I followed up via email with Andrew, who provided the stadium’s opening hours. Based on that, I visited the centre 4-5 times, but each time I was told that only Andrew could assist, and only on Tuesday evenings.nnThis information was not communicated clearly in the earlier correspondence, and as a result, it caused unnecessary trips and delays. I would like to understand why the activation process is limited to a specific person and time, and why that wasn’t mentioned earlier.nnAs someone who lives nearby and genuinely wants to see the club thrive, I’d like to suggest a review of this process. Perhaps offering more flexibility or clearer communication would improve the experience for new members.nnThank you for your time, and I hope this feedback helps improve the membership process for others in the future.
Hadn't been for over a decade and they had made huge improvements to the facilities. Great place for a game.
Nice stadium, nice staff. There is a huge amount of space to play with and there are several tables. One thing I would suggest is maybe getting a stand/vending machine so players can get drinks/snacks when they're having a break.
Great place to go for table tennis play. Friendly staff and players. Very welcome for those kids who like try Table Tennis.
