A warm welcome that's worth checking into! Superbly located at the south end of the central business district, Ventura Inn & Suites Hamilton is only metres from the city's best restaurants, entertainment and attractions.

Choose from 50 studio rooms, or larger suites featuring kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom. Deluxe rooms feature king beds and spa baths. All guest rooms are air conditioned with internal/lift access and keycard security locks.

Rooms feature 32" LCD TVs with 20 Freeview and Apple TV, high speed internet connections, work desk, tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator, ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were lovely. It was nice and quiet. The shower had good pressure. The only thing is there was no toaster in my room, so no morning toast. There was a vicinity downstairs where you could get a beautiful breakfast, though. I never used it. Bit shy.Rooms: 4/5
Had to stay over the long weekend as was sighted they could accommodate me with such short notice. I felt very safe. Lovely clean room, very quiet. Free breakfast included was so helpful. Staff are so lovely. This will now be my ho to when in Hamilton. Highly recommend. Rooms: Lovely clean rooms Safety: Swipe card access, felt very safe which is my priority. Walkability: Close to supermarket Food & drinks: They have a local restaurant that drliver to your door. I just loved it.
My mum and I were going to a show at the Clarence theatre and the location of Ventura was perfect. A short walk and well lit up. Our stay at Ventura was very nice, rooms clean and tidy. The included breakfast was great. Thanks again for returning forgotten jacket.Hotel highlightsGreat value
This Hotel is tops. I had a longer stay than expected but I could not have been nicer environment. Rooms comfortable with everything you needed, I felt very safe. Staff are helpful and friendly . Loved the pool setting , breakfast was delicious. Close to town and hospital .A well appointed Hotel. Certainly recommend would certainly stay again.
A nice enough place and staff were very friendly and helpful. However the lift was out of order which meant we had to carry our suitcases and other stuff up the stairs. This made things difficult. While the room was nice, there were no power points near the bed which meant I had to use an extension lead from across room to power the CPAP machine fortunately I always carry one when traveling
Gorgeous breakfast bar foods here. My sisters come to the Waikato and always stay at Ventura Inn. Because they love a big hot bath. So I join them in the morning for an outstanding continental breakfast here. Love it Rooms: 5/5
This hotel is amazing! We stayed for 3 days and had a great experience. The breakfast is delicious nice variety of bread and fruits with gluten-free options as well!, the rooms are very clean, comfy beds and the staff is helpful and friendly. It has a pool and towels available! They also have a drinking fountain available with cold water very nice touch!. It was my favourite hotel in New Zealand! Thank you!
A great place to stay in Hamilton. Rooms clean and spacious. We were a large group of seniors and staff went out of their way to make our holiday a success. Will stay there again. An excellent breakfast. Thank you
An old place but very well maintained. The first room I was allotted had a strong smoke smell, but they gave me a different room right away when I let them know. There's ample parking. The hotel is very close to Countdown grocery store and a 8-10 min walk from a range of restaurants. The continental breakfast was decent. Enough to get through you until lunch time. I found the AC in the rooms to be pretty weak and old. Even after blasting them at 18/19 degrees throughout the night, I was sweating in the room.
Attended a course here with morning/afternoon tea and lunch supplied. Lunch included a very nice bacon and egg pie.
