Turf Hotel

First impressions were great until meeting one of the most rudest bar staff I have ever come across, the venue saves itself by the rest of its staff being amazing but whoever that lady is that I’ve mostly seen just walking around the gaming room with a tablet is so incredibly rude. Brown hair, older.nI have approached the bar multiple times when getting a drink and have not once even been greeted.nI get blank stare with a pissed off face as if I’m disturbing her? When putting money on the bar all staff should treat their customers with basic respect and the normal hospitality standard.nI am a new patron to the turf so have never come across this lady in my before nor given her a reason for that, which means its just her deciding to be rude.nIt has definitely differed me from coming back.

I eat steak often so when I say that was the best steak I have ever eaten I'm not just saying it Some chiefs just can't do medium rear this was absolutely on the money I enjoyed every bit of it. The steak was full and magnificent in its self must of come from a very happy cow. Well I guess you can't get better praise that thank you so much.nMathew Williams

Always a pleasure visiting here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a good range of drink varieties. Great menu catering for all palettes and have gluten free options. They have heaps of pokie machines, keeping up with a good mix of the newer machines and still a few of the classic oldies. Great flow from inside to outside with live bands playing often that are bound to get you up and dancing or at least toe tapping. Toilets are always clean and tidy. Like I said at the start, always a pleasure to visit here.
