Loved it! Stayed here as an inbetween-point for work, and room was amazing! Separate floor for upstairs sleeping send the kids to bed early while the adults thrive downstairs, shower was a raised metal square but had amazing pressure, and the beds were extremely comfortable had electric blankets too! But too hot for me I doubt I'd ever be in the area again but if I was, I'd stay here again. Unfortunately cant comment on staff interaction as we arrived after-hours and left before-hours haha
Loved this place. The lady at reception was amazing . Nothing was a problem. Hospitality was amazing. Loved the pool . Rooms were clean and beds comfy they even fitted my family of 6 adults and one child in at late notice. Nothing was a problem. A+. Definitely worth staying there
Rooms are nicely laid out although needing some maintenance. The pools are great especially on a hot day, the air conditioning in our room was like an asthmatic blowing through a straw but beds were comfortable, kitchenette had exactly what we needed and bathroom had room to actually shower and get changed. Luckily we brought the car we did, our first car wouldn't have been able to park in our allocated spot. Overall a great stay, but could benefit from a few improvements.
We stayed just one night, we arrived after the office was closed, Sarah was absolutely lovely about our late check in, she was very accommodating and was happy to give us recommendations for local take away.nThe rooms are very tastefully decorated and air conditioning!!! Im torn on this one, overall the house was roomy and we had a good time. However the beds were not at all comfortable, we saw multiple cockroaches and the air conditioning only cooled down the living room the people sleeping upstairs really suffered from the heatnThe resort itself is under construction so that didn’t help the overall vibe, but it felt a bit worn down and the amenities were so sonClose to a New World supermarket which is convenient !
