So many bad reviews but my partner and I stayed here for 1 night on our way through to Palmerston north, Owner was great and welcoming, Accommodation wasn't 5 star like some of the reviews obviously expected but the room had everything we needed. The private pools were too hot for us but the other pools were just right so options were great. Animals down the back of property too , loved the pigs . So all in all we both enjoyed our stay
If you are looking for a classic, rustic kiwi motel then look no further. This is yr place.nStaff = excellentnPools = amazing to soak innRicki Baker = friendly & fat ‍nEverything you need here, we have really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful people with free upgrade.
Thank you Mark again for a fabulous stay. Stayed in the campground so hotel questions not relevant for us. This is a definite stop. Lovely having the hot pools all inclusive. You guys have achieved so much since you took over this facility.
Avoid at all costs!!! Facilities are not at all like pictures it is run down and unhygienic. We payed $70 without seeing the facilities with no refund after observing pool and general facilities we have been to many mineral pools as geothermal enthusiasts but I wouldn't even count this as a pool, they are unbathable. Owner is creepy and aggressive DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent rooms. Great beds. Lots of extras in room that were well thought out. Friendly communication. Would stay again any time.
