I went in today to get my finger glued after I cut it cooking. The doctor and nurse I saw were so nice & the people at reception and in the pharmacy were also lovely. I was in and out with my prescription, finger glued & bandaged in just over an hour.n12/10 staff !
I came in because I was feeling a bit unwell, tired, temperature up slightly. We were shifting the next day so didn't want to feel worse then.nOften in urgent care clinics you wait for a long time but wasn't a long wait here. Efficient and welcoming at reception. Really good. Doctor was pleasant, friendly and professional. He gave me some panadol with water to take there and then before leaving, a lab form with a very comprehensive list of tests to be done if I continued to feel unwell in a couple of days. I was extremely grateful for that when a major problem was identified in the tests and I was sent straight to the hospital. I feel well now and would certainly return to this medical clinic in the future if required on a weekend or public holiday.
Its my kid's first visit after we relocated. Dr Wang is super nice and very patient to answer all my questions. We felt welcomed and would definitely recommend Tui Te Rapa!
Dr Sarah Nam is the most professional and caring GP. She is very thorough and always puts her patients interest first. I have never regretted coming under her care, not once. Will highly recommend her to everyone. We need more GP's like her across the motu.
A man assigned at triage last night, 10th of June 2024, at around 7 p.m., has a rude approach. His attitude towards me and my sick daughter during the time of our check-up is so disappointing . His actions and verbal communication are in a hurry. He asked how many kilos my daughter weighs, I said I forgot because my daughter hasn't weighed in a long time. then he said that there was a scale behind us and he gave instructions. I understood what he said, but my daughter, who has hearing problems due to a bad cold and high fever, immediately hopped on the scale without bothering the instruction given to us, so the results is error . So I calmly explained the instructions to my daughter, but I didn't finish talking to my daughter yet I heard him yelling, saying that we can't get the right weight because we don't listen to his instruction.nHe's too arrogant.
