Nurse Lynlee and Dr. Shakeel were absolutely wonderful—so kind, polite, and caring. They treated us like family and made us feel completely at ease. The reception team was also fantastic—friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Each time I have needed an appointment, the Doctors on site have been awesome.nnHowever, the wait time WEEKS causes more patients to use the A&E option which is ridiculously expensive and can be a waste of everyone's time.nnPoor customer service when trying to make an appointment is another huge let down. Call centres with staff that have heavy accents causes so many communication barriers and ultimately leads to frustration on both ends.nnLastly, after a $130 appointment, I have waited just over two weeks for five blood test results to be reviewed. The three of the five that have been looked at so far, were able to be emailed to me when I contacted the call center. One result in particular needs immediate attention and I have not received any form of follow-up regarding these results.
Drove 2 hours and waited 2 hours for a minute visit where the doctor didn't even actually inspect the injured area. Doctor could not communicate properly and pretty much asked me what test I wanted to do. No questions about the pain or inflammation . I d say the worst experience I ever had . The reception was ok.
Very Expensive for A&E!!!nTook my 17yr old daughter for a medical appointment as no appointments available with normal doctor.nnUsually use Angelsea A&E for this kind of thing but decided to try Tui as it was closer.nnUnfortunately I did not pay enough attention to the TV that showed the fees….$150!!! Angelsea $35 for samennWill happily make the extra travel to Angelsea next time, given the wait time was similar 2.5hrs.nnService itself was as expected.
Went in to Tūī Medical because I cut my hand at work. They triaged me quickly and then discussed options of stitches or glue. The doctors were thorough and considered my individual situation in making the decision of the best course of action.nI was impressed by the way they explained to me what I needed to do for follow-up appointments etc, as I have been left confused by other medical practises in the past.
