The whole staffs here are all patient and nice even when I was so scared that I asked many questions. They all listened to me and talked and explained to my questions with professional advices no matter how many those questions were or sound dramatic and fuzzy.nnThe clinica asistant Nardaya is so patient to my questions on front desk and helped me to clear out my nervous mind, and so nice to give me affirmation that I will be fine.nnWhile nurse Silvastina was so patient to explain the information of the vaccine I will get and printed a copy for me to read when she found me struggle describing some of the terms in the vaccine and helped me through to remember my previous type of shot I had last year.nnA big notice is that it was midnight, the tiredness only make Nardaya and Silvastina worth the best rate I can ever give because it is hard for anyone who would have been in mood to stay patient and fresh to answer so many questions during midnight!nnThe nurse Rupinder Kaur who gave me the vaccine injection also explained to me every single question I raised to make me anxiety go away before the shot because I was so scared of the side-effect, needle and anything that would come with it. But she explained everything that made me not nervourd anymore.She even give me a guniue advice to my another unrelevant question relating to my regular treatment. She showed what professionalism is all about.nnAbove all, a big thank you to all staffs in Tui Medical Te Rapa Urgent Clinic. This is one of the best experience I have here in Hamilton, New Zealand. What you gave to me is not just a in-time and proper injection but also a boost of injection to recover my confidence on the healthcare system. I know that they are trustworthy to support behind me to take care of me.
Just like to thank both Medical assistant, Maori lady and Dr. Aisea for their prompt, thorough, professional, and courteous handling of my wife this morning.nIt made a difficult visit easy and left with a really good impression of a service that is frequently maligned .nThanks Alistair
I visited Tui Medical Te Rapa recently and found the experience very efficient and stress-free. I made an appointment online on Sunday night with the first available Dr at 2pm Monday. I was greeted at reception, paid and waited about 15 mins. The Dr, whose name escapes me, was amazing! Glad I changed Drs to Tui Medical. Also, the pharmacy in the same building has the best staff in Hamilton!
I get anxiety when I think about going to or taking one of my kids to this place. Reception staff are unfriendly and sometimes quite rude. I've had 1 good experience with a Korean Dr that was thorough and actually listened to me before diagnosing. The rest of the Dr's spend literally 1 minute listening and then prescribe ibuprofen for everything. Can you imagine dealing with a diabetic patient and not even checking their glucose level.
Went here with a ruptured Achilles and now have had to have surgery to correct it because I didn’t receive adequate care. Investigation needed!nnI was not happy with my initial appointment and didn’t want to go back here and went to another doctor and found out correct information and procedures after the fact.nnI was sent home with a boot . First mistake they made was the boot had 1 wedge not the required 4/5 meaning the foot was in the incorrect position essentially flat for 5days causing it to begin to heal long. Secondly, I was told I could weight bear if not in pain - also incorrect.nnAfter 6 weeks of healing having an ultrasound and an MRI, my Achilles has healed long I have now had to have surgery because of the poor care I received at Tui Medical and my recovery starts again! The first two weeks are essential to get right and Tui got it wrong. You pay and expect quality care and Tui medical have missed it completely. Avoid this place! I will be making an official report.
