Absolutely fantastic stay , delicious food, doctors, nurses and surgeons very talented, helpful and attentive. Beautiful environment, more like a hotel, pain managed well, nurse handover was amazing, everyone was kept in the loop with medications, highly recommend the practise.nnJohn Clarkson ENT surgeon, I am so impressed with his work, cannot recommend enough.
I had an incredible experience here for my operation at the end of July. Every person that helped me made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe the entire time I had to stay, before and after my surgery. Sadly I had no appetite but the food was beautiful and there were lots of options! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. I wouldn't knock the rating for it because it's not hugely important but I do wish the TV would have connected to the internet, we had problems using it for streaming services but ended up using a hotspot and that was Ok! The big screen was lovely. My partner and my mom also had a great experience with the staff and the family room coffee and tea available. Free parking was a plus too, that's not something you want to stress about in the midst of everything. Overall, I would highly highly recommend Braemar hospital.
A massive thank you to the team . I arrived at the scheduled time and from the receptionist to the nurses, and surgeon they were all amazing. Their friendly approach and professionalism were understanding. They communicated everything that was going to happen and made myself feel so at ease.nA very special thanks to Rochelle who was my registered nurse and cared for me throughout my stay. You have a lovely natural caring capacity that should see you doing wonderful things in the future.nThank you all
My child had dental work done here. The service and contact prior the procedure was so informative and detailed, this took a lot of stress off and allowed us to be well prepared. The staff are absolutely amazing, from the staff at reception to the treating team. The staff are so patient and knowledgeable. We felt very well looked after and the procedure was very successful thanks to Katie, the nurses and anaesthetist.
