Wouldn't recommend. Wife had an appointment which resulted in a scan. The scan reported that my wife had a high level of peri-cardial fluid around her heart major!. My wife continuously chased her doctor to find out what this means and where to from here. Zero response. After chasing for 2 months my wife was then told that this information was incorrect and was given to her in error. No apology no nothing.
I have been with this medical clinic for 14 years and it was great until a couple of years ago. The quality of care has declined and most of the doctors there now are either incompetent, condescending or awkward to a point of being creepy and uncomfortable. Not to mention the regular price increases that have now become exploitative$30 to get my daughters lifesaving asthma medication prescription repeat over the phone!, and the fact they charge full price for ACC visits, regardless of the fact ACC pays them a percentage of the fee.nShame on you all, exploiting the sick for profits when you should be providing help and support. I will be changing my family to a better, more caring service.
I have an amazing doctor here who i have had for years, the nurses are amazing and i have done the drive from putaruru after moving from glenview but sadly the customer service is really crap i had a red mark against my name and got sent to the debt collectors over a bill i didnt even know i had. I have been with these doctors for over 10 years. A simple call would have been nice rather than sending me to the debt collectors. Very upset!
Went in today for an iron infusion. I checked my eligibility via pharmac to make sure I was eligible before I even went there. Dr said I was eligibilite & nurse would call to schedule. Nurse calls at 5.15 saying I am not eligibility because my haemoglobin was not under 100, even though my fertin is 15 & im already taking iron. Because I am pregnant, would not even do a blood form to recheck it & said I'd have to do that via my midwife which is discrimination.
Professionalism with doctors here is disgusting, they lack medical skills and knowledge. Money is all they care about. $65.00 is expensive for a 15 minute appointment and nothing actually being done about the symptoms. Doctor prescribed hayfever tablets for someone who has numbness in fingers and has lost sensation in hands and fingers. They call themselves doctors, but the only doctor who really cared about patients well being has left. There are three doctors there that rush you through your appointment just to get to the next patient and aren't really attending to their patients needs. My question is if a patient needs to be seen in hospital and emergency department then why could they not refer them straight away. Who's responsible and held accountable for Doctors who make their patients suffer. I'm not happy. They waste patients money and time. This medical centre needs to be reviewed
