Incredible off-leash dog walking tracks, the water and stream is gorgeous! Lots to see! Lots of spots to acess the water for dogs to drink, or dogs who enjoy swimming. Lots if other dogs walking and all very friendly encounters. It's definitely not a mild track imo, very steep in sections. I wouldn't recommend the downhill paths if you have funny knees. But it's absolutely worth checking out. Iv only explored a couple paths myself and there is more to explore yet.
As the reviews state a lovely piece of bush with well maintained and defined tracks but if you have children that are nervous around dogs it's a no go zone. My son got distressed by two boisterous dogs checking him out and the owner, an older woman, proceeded to give me a lecture about the rights and freedoms of dog owners and told me he ought to know how to behave around dogs. I was speechless and we haven't been back since. Not all dogs or their owners like this of course but, as always, some let the side down.
Nice little park with walks following the stream. Some paths have no incline and others take you up the hill a bit.
Love this place, beautiful scenery and a great off lead area for the dogs make sure you check as only certain parts offlead. Dog loves chasing sticks, swimming in the river and all the different sniffs. Def a favourite! Cinnamon really enjoys her time here
It is a good walk but not good for cycling. Unless you are a pro. It is a nice place because it is very close to the city.
