Consistently brilliant. I win the crown as the person with the highest expectations for food and coffee. I will never eat average. This place is creative, super tasty and friendly. Bang on vegan fare. Highly recommended.

Great little spot for healthy food and drinks tucked away just a few minutes walk from the beach. The menu and cabinet food selections are all house made with high quality ingredients and with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and keto options, so something for everyone. The shop is fairly small, so primarily focused on takeaways but there are a few tables available to enjoy the bright cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Tom Thumb catered for us for a nearby retreat in Ōtaki breakfasts, lunches and dinners and it was phenomenal. The food was delicious, healthy, plentiful and catered well for dietary requirements. Everyone raved about it. Haven’t been to the cafe yet but looking forward to stopping by next time we are in Kāpiti. Thanks!

Ka pai mōrena from #tomthumb Cafe. This morning's breakfast spot, such a lovely little cafe, someone tried to turn it into a drive-thru. It's great to see the front window in place.nnAtmosphere was lovely with really ka pai music playing, sounds of a busy kitchen making all sorts of kai and Parāoa.nnService was excellent, kai was absolutely delicious, kāwhe was perfect, I had two, lol.
