Plunge Cafe

I go to the aquatic centre regularly, I've always found it to be clean, tidy, the staff are polite and friendly, I've never had any issues. They have been great when we have attended birthday parties here, at times it can get very busy but that doesn't seem any different to any other aquatic centre. There are 3 pools the baby pool it warm enough, the kids/ middle pool is I little cooler than I would like it but I'm sure not everyone would agree with me. The big pool is the coolest but as someone who does many length I think I would overheat if it was any warmer. There are plenty of changing areas including 4 family rooms that are very spacious.

I come here to hit the sauna, been a regular. Also the pool and the place is well maintained and always supervised. Also intend to learn swimming here, thanks to the good fee structure and instructor's.

Good place to go to for a swim or sauna. Kids friendly and the staff is lovely.. we were spending few nights at Paraparaumu and were lucky to stumble across this Centre

Fantastic facility, relaxed ,fun atmosphere. Staff very good. Big sauna for those who like hot and sweaty . Young children's pools are just superb.

Not much fun for the kids in the holidays and far too hot for spectators! While the water is nice and clean, there is not much here for the kids and a horrible place to be for spectators. Ventilation is already bad with the roof design, but then they don't even use all their fans, so it feels like an absolute sauna for spectators. Slide is broken so more needs to be done to make it fun as it is a great pool otherwise.

Fantastic facilities with life guards who take the time to ensure your kids are suitable for the deep pool by conducting a test and supplying a wrist band to show it. Great seating, clean and kids love the place.

Was ok one day Sauna was awesome only just being repired 2 days later Closed not working again . Very disappointing.

First time I have been here & came with my niece. Great customer service. Generally clean. Very good bathroom facilities & really surprised but the toilet paper is not budget & legit good as toilet paper. The baby, family & swimming lanes pools were awesome & loved the hydroslide. Very cheap & great value for money. Highly recommend.
