Great range of products and friendly staff. The staff working the checkout are great with the kids, and never forget to ask you about having an airpoints card. The staff here are amongst the friendliest I have ever encountered. Thank you.
A pleasant experience was had because of one willing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly nice guy George who happily went out of his way to help with our purchases of garden tools. You need to employ more staff like George. He is a credit to himself and to Mitre 10 Kapiti.
Good variety. Appreciate the service. Good knowledge. Spacious store with ample walking space. Wheelchair access and parking. Convenient to have restaurant in store.

Loads of stock, all of the staff are very helpful. I had an accident and they had a wheelchair available for me to use which was really helpful!
Huge store and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I'm often at mitre 10 kapiti and every single staff member I have had to ask for help has been more than accommodating
Great range of hardware and other stuff, and then sub-ranges as well. Big store and easy to walk around and find what you want.
Whist most staff are great: one male in the tools area let's the whole store down. He has no patience: grumpy and talks down to customers.
Good place to chill out with mates on a hot day.
