This centre is just incredible. Coming from Moana nui -Onehunga Pools, the staff and the service they provide, friendly yet professional, consistently, every time. Gym, spa, sauna, steam room, pool, fitness classes, the sense of community from other members is fabulous they too are welcoming, encouraging and friendly. Sooo happy I joined up.
Awesome aqua fitness class this morning in the outdoor pool indoor pool currently under maintenance. Fortunately it was brilliantly sunny & warm, so the pool temperature was perfect - so refreshing! This is a great complex, catering for serious & not so serious swimmers, children of all ages & family groups. So lucky to have this facility in my community!
this place is nice and clean, the workers are friendly. the water is super clear and clean and the outdoor pool is nice and refreshing. I would def come back soon. they also got a gym, spa and hot pools and even a diving area the pools are big and nice.
Really disappointing experience. The spa itself could be nice, but hygiene and staff response were a major issue. There were teenagers repeatedly spitting in both the steam room and sauna, which is completely unacceptable in a shared space. We reported it to the lifeguard and reception, but no meaningful action was taken.nFor a place that should prioritize cleanliness and relaxation, this was handled poorly. Unfortunately, we left early and won’t be returning.
my first time coming here this thursday, welcomed with such helpful and lovely staff!nnthursday afternoon aquafit was led by such a great instructor. facilities was so clean especially for a public pool! 10/10
