Nice and cute wave pool in the heart of Auckland city. Kids will love the slide better than expected and wave pool quite small waves activated every 1 hour for about 5 min. Facility shows its age

Still a great place to take kids. Wasn't too busy even in the school holidays. Hydroslide is height based and my average sized 3.5 year old was just tall enough. Toddler pool is warmer and has its own little slide. Family hot pool is a nice touch.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patience and accommodating staff members. Parking can be scarce at times though a few on street parking are available. Pricing is quite competitive. Have some fun facilities such as water slide for small children, wave pool, and spa. On weekend mornings, the pool might be limited as most of the lanes are used for the swim school. The swim school teachers are friendly, caring, attentive and passionate. They gently and firmly push the children to improve.

The facilities are great. Admission prices aren't expensive. However, the Asian staff seem to have a negative disposition to Islanders. You can see how they treat White people compared to how they treat us. Quite disgusting for a community centre. You'd reckon they'd be accomadating to everyone. ‍ Just in my experience. Would have been a solid 5 stars but yea the racism is spicy here lol

As a senior I attend this centre 3 times a week & so happy to come every time.nThe staff at the centre & the Cafe a very helpful.nOnly one issue I had when I rang the centre to see if my class lesson was on but was told it was canceled only to find out on my next visit  that it wasn't, so I went to inquire & they apologized due to new staff which was understandable cause know one is perfect.
