A lovely leisure centre pool! Easy to sign up to the free trial. Absolutely not what I would call a gym though... Hence probably why it is classed as a leisure centre!
The workers are very friendly. Excellent place to train. They opened a new gym with good cardio machines and racks. You can use the Spa, Steam and Sauna. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. Cameron Pool and Leisure is in the middle of a beautiful park with green areas, children's play and parking.
Great staff members, Charlotte was amazing at signing me up. However, the hygiene side of the things are neglected at this facility cloudy pool water with plasters floating about, showers are gross. I am sure they will work on it but for now I have decided to cancel my membership and go elsewhere.
I am a retiree, joined membership two month ago for swimming. I thank Cameron pool centre and it's staff for helping me on date 16 October 2024. I felt dizzy and unwell after swimming because of my own health reason. There were staff immediately offered assistance on site, called ambulance and accompany me till I was taking away to the hospital. Afterwards, Mark from the center phoned me showing the care when I was still in the hospital. I find Cameron pool team very helpful and caring. Strongly recommend for everyone.
I joined this gym and pool complex for 30% off, just over $11 a week limited time offer until the end of the year. 2 out of 3 stationary bikes are faulty. And some very new equipment that is very different from anything I’ve tried before
