Good handy location, a must go place. Good friendly staff, ample parking out the front. Expect a queue to get in during peak hours especially when people are scanning QR codes slowly.
Don't use the deliver service. They use Mainfreight and they are unreliable. I ordered 2 item and they loaded one item and went to deliver to the wrong address and without any notification or me replying to deliver options text. Then wanted to leave a washing machine outside with no signature of delivery when I had requested signed delivery.
Ques a mile long with not a single check out open only the self serve. Employ sufficient staff to run the place properly. We are not your employees
Was served by Lucas who went above and beyond to find headphones that were on sale that had run out on the shelves and display, a genuinely awesome person to speak with.
I highly commend a lady called #Cheemu at The Base. She was extremely helpful and patient. I needed an item which was shown as being in stock but not displayed. Cheemu spent time and effort locating it in stock and bringing it to me. Well done.
