Sales consultant named Cherie upstairs ruined our lovely day with her worst service I ever had in my life. Me and my pregnant wife been over there to get a refund for the product what we never received from them just ordered last week and request from them. She straight away arrogantly replied to us there will be no refund, product is in the store and made weird facial expressions to us. When I asked from her why you are making these weird faces on us she told me not to raise the voice, it's my emotions I can't change it and you need to pay for my plastic surgery if we don't like her facial expressions. She was even not respectful with us and don't know how to give the respect to the customers. Even she was raising the voice on us and no etiquettes on her. We felt embarrassed with this kind of behavior and never expect from Farmers brand. I am pretty much sure she needs more training and management needs to do something on it otherwise they will loose the customer base. I was only requesting to get a refund of baby capsule and I spent around $1000 for another products with Farmers. There is no courtesy with the customers at all. Later I asked to talk with the manager to make an official complaint against her, he listened to us and gave us the refund for our product. We are thankful to JJ he was superb and asked me to send an email to him what happened so he will work on it.nnI am giving one star because there is no option to give zero star otherwise she deserves zero stars.
At Farmers The base, my husband and I had a terrible experience with CHERIE, the sales consultant in the baby or nursery section. She was a conceited woman and a racist. The customer is not respected. All we wanted was a reimbursement for the goods that we never received. Instead of resolving the matter, she was requesting that we silence ourselves and was ill-prepared to respond to our questions. You're rude, as we told her, and your expression says it all. According to her, we will have to cover the cost of her plastic surgery if we alter her look and feelings. You are nothing without clients, therefore please, FARMERS TEAM, look into this.
