Another mega store with most of what you need plus more. A complete one stop shop. Located in the middle of town a perfect site. It's up a floor but has a lift for the disabled. There are free car parks with disability parking catered for under the building. . Within this complex are Noel Leeming, Warehouse Stationery and two cafe's. Bathroom needs can be found underneath the escalators.
Worst ever experience. Parked underneath, entered number plate number in machine, shopped at Warehouse, get a $70 fine, complain to TMS people, get fobbed off. A betrayal of customer care promise. Feel very angry. Not shopping there again unless this is sorted and I don't recommend anyone else takes the risk. Glenys
Very very very very very Very very very very very Disappointed Disappointed. This is happening second time that I already enter plate number and have a purchase bill still got 60$ ticket. Need to replace the person who can’t check even the vehicle has still time left in 2 hrs or tell him that atleast 2 hrs means 2 hrs. Very disgusting. Hope management will keep in eye on this issue that I seen a lots of people review. Thanks
Wouldn’t recommend coming here. I was here for 10 minutes and forgot to enter my code in at the machine and got a $60 ticket even though I only shopped at the warehouse and there was literally one minute between purchase and the ticket being issued. Tried to dispute as it is human error but parking company/management don’t care.nnThings like this make it really easy to go elsewhere
@Luke or Lucas from the warehouse CBD customer service team or whichever department, this 1 star is for you. Since, as you said, you didn’t want to help or care enough to with a simple query on a product I was informed you knew about, I’d suggest talking kaka away from the phone while a customer is on the line next time or perhaps another career path?
