Used to live in Hamilton and happy to say that this is the first time I have seen this Kmart’s shelves well stocked! Christmassy products already in store which i think is great. Parking is okay, if you have a bigger vehicle sometimes going in and out of the parking space can get a bit of a struggle esp if you come at a really busy time.

On 27/09/25 between 12–2pm I was in store looking for some birthday supplies and overheard a woman at the exit scanning receipts. She greeted every single person leaving with such politeness and the best attitude! By the time I left, I was genuinely excited just to hear her farewell. Please recognise how great of an asset she is to the team — customer service like that makes such a difference ̈
Friendly staff. It is a big store but easy to find whatever you are looking for. Parking is easy with under ground parks. Located in the heart of Hamilton. The main transport hub for the cities public transport is handy. Just across the road. Open till midnight. Disability parking spaces are available.
It's okay. Not well managed. Skincare and makeup is always a mess with open,spilled, or broken products spread about. They have slightly more availability of stock in certain items. I wonder why. The staff are straight up rude. I purchased a set of earbuds at the self checkout because there are no actual customer service checkouts and had to go up and ask a staff member to remove the security tag. The staff member was extremely rude and side eyed me, although I had asked politely. She didn't even speak to me, and when i was saying thank you to her, she just rolled her eyes at me. Staff need to be better at basic human decency and kindness.
