We had a really good experience at Warehouse at The Crossing after having issues getting a faulty product replaced via online customer services. The lady on customer services can’t remember name exactly as it was a lovely unusual name, it was perhaps Nintoshka and Dave who we presume was the store manager sorted our issue within 10 minutes, an issue we had been trying to sort online for 2 weeks. Despite the fact the item wasn’t purchased from this store, they were very happy to help. For any future issues we’d just go straight into our local store.
Rating: nnI had an extremely disappointing experience with both the product and customer service at The Warehouse.nnTwo weeks ago, I purchased an Epson printer, only to find that it had a serious issue—documents printed with missing sections. When I brought it back to the store for a return, I was told that printers could not be returned unless Epson provided a return code.nnI followed the process, contacted Epson, and after two email exchanges proving the issue, they issued a return code. With the return code in hand, I returned to the store again, expecting a smooth resolution. However, even after demonstrating the problem on the spot, the staff insisted that the printer was fine as long as I converted Word documents to PDFs before printing. But the printer clearly advertises support for Word documents—why should I have to convert files every time just to get it to work properly? Clearly, the printer has a defect.nnDespite all this, they still refused to process my return. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I expected better support for a faulty product, but instead, I was given excuses. Very disappointed, and I would not recommend buying electronics from here.
Popped in to buy some warm winter pj's.. ended up with 1 nighty and a jumper 45dolas for both.. am going back purchase some more winter gear.. The Warehouse were everyone gets a bargain.. how true..

Most staff weren’t very nice aside from the girl who served me. She was very lovely when checking out my items. I believe her name was Diana or Dayna? Either way, she made the rest of my shopping experience lovely. Thank you
