I love this Kmart. So spacious, soo much stock. Everything one could need. Clean an shiny. Low to mid prices , which finding a mid price item nowdays is so hard so I'm greatful for their not cheep but not hard on pocket ranges.
Absolutely appalled at the lack of concern for packages ordered online. I ordered a lot of items but the mug and crockery arrived in pieces. Atrocious packaging, no fragile sticker anywhere on the delivery box. Tried getting a refund, the ai chat is unable to find my order.
Good for the basics and a browse. Today I bought drawer protector liners for our new kitchen, and bath mats for the bathroom. Going to Kmart isn’t necessarily about going there because you need something… it’s about the thrill of finding the thing you didn’t know you needed until it was suddenly in your hands. You know it when you see it is basically me at Kmart. Walk in for shampoo, walk out with cushions, duvet cover and makeup I didn't know I needed but somehow it all makes perfect sense when I am there. That's me LoL!
Great place for when you need something but don't want to spend too much money.nGood selection of low price clothing and kitchen ware.nStaff not too interested in helping - generally too busy to be interested in customers.
Totally hate the having to prove I've paid for my goods like I'm a shoplifter. Sorry you expect people to serve themselves to save you money on staff, I don't get paid to do your work, don't get holiday pay for doing your work, don't ask me at the door if I've paid. Set your checkout closer to the door that you can't get out without going thru then that person standing at the door might be more productive in the store.
