Stopped at the door being accused of stealing! We had proof of the paid item with a receipt. And they still accused of stealing. Police involved and solved the situation that staff were mistaken. Police apologise but nothing from staff. All adds up to lying racist staff. Don't know how you can live in your own racist skin, making honest people feel little.
My 14 year old son was accused of not paying for 1 of 2 gym items & staff had multiple story's to describe what happened when he didnt even make it to our car with the items. Yet the person who served my son at check out all of a sudden went for a break & never came back. My son was stopped at the door for them to scan & say his receipt was invailed. First I've heard of & then the staff said we where free to go but she will report us, so we waited. No way was she gonna accuse us of stealing anything, we had 3 receipts to prove all our purchases and none of the staff apologized after dealing with the police to check the camera footage or anything. Absolutely shocking, disgusting & such a racist act my son had to experience for himself. When things like this happen to honest citizens you never forget their faces.
Their super king sized blankets don't match any of the covers sold in any other New Zealand store. No warning signage, and they have a no return policy on bedding even though it wasn't used.
Shelves well stocked great reduced prices on certain things friendly staff
11/10 Customer service from the first minute. The store was super quick to pick up my phone call and helped make sure they had the item I needed and made sure it was ready at the counter for me. The store was so neatly organised I found so many other things I needed too!! The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me get the side table I bought into my car. I’m 8 months pregnant so kindnesses like that really make my day! Thank you so so much staff!
