I went into your CBD store today 5th July to buy some lingerie. I heard one of your staff helping an elderly lady and she was so friendly and obliging, I was impressed. I then found some items and was in the changing room trying them on and she came to see me once she had finished serving the other customer and asked if she could help. Her name was Zoe and she said I don't normally work in lingerie but if I can help let me know. I talked to her about what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable, interested in what I was saying and so helpful. I ended up with four new items and I'm so happy with them, but also congratulations on employing staff like Zoe! Employee of the month!
Massive thank you to Roy in menswear. The level of service I received was next level. I can not recommend him enough if you're looking for helpful, practical advice from someone who clearly knows what he's talking about. Already planning my next visit.
My husband and I called into Farmers ‘just to look at beds’ as we planned to shop elsewhere as well. We were served by Nyree who was so helpful and pleasant. We left after 30 minutes and said we might be back the next day, however, after a discussion in our car we decided to go back to Nyree and buy the bed we preferred. Thank you Nyree for the fantastic service we received.
Took my elderly mum her last week.nWe were warmly met and got directed to the Elizabeth Ardern EA counter. Once there we were met by Bella. Bella is amazing! One of those staff members that you wish every shop had! She knew not only knew the EA her beauty products, but also what other brands offered. Thanks Bella for your patience, your product knowledge and for your interpersonal skills.nnWent here again today May 13 and the amazing Margaret in the Women's clothing department helped me find garments for my mother. My requests were specific and it is amazing to see how well she knew her stock. Totally keep her on and acknowledge her!
Such a great store. Clean and tidy. Heaps of products. And perfect parking option. Free 3 hours if you spend $10 in store.
