We recently visited your store to buy a monitor and had a very good experience. Although the staff member in the technical department was already helping another customer, they still managed to assist us efficiently — it was a smooth and professional transition between both team members.nnWe then moved on to the vacuum section, where a young staff member was very helpful. When he wasn’t sure of an answer, he promptly asked a colleague who could assist — which we really appreciated.nnLastly, we went to look at the BBQs for sale. The sales assistant was friendly and helpful, though it did feel like she was under some pressure to make a sale, which slightly took away from the otherwise relaxed experience.nnOverall, it was a positive visit and we were impressed by the team’s helpfulness and effort across different departments

Shout out to Riki Burnett. I was super impressed with Riqi’s customer service. We bought a fridge freezer and was so happy with how he dealt with us that we returned and bought two ovens from him too. He gave the right amount of assistance without being pushy which a lot of sales people are and I would definitely return and look for Riqi for my next purchase. Thank you so much.
Sam H was such an awesome help when making a purchase today. Pleasant, helpful, great knowledge - have been to tauriko often but not into Harvey Norman since it opened awhile ago. Will come back again. Thanks for your help Sam!
I was very impressed with Sam's professionalism along with his friendly and helpful manner. I bought in our Breville Nespresso machine to be checked as it had acquired a couple of faults. Sam is a real asset to Harvey Norman!!
