Was after washer and dryer with specific size, colour and function for it. Was taken care by Monique, she had sent through a list of options with detailed descriptions of each one. We went ahead to get Samsung combo, she made orders and got it delivered for us. Amazing!!
I recently purchased 3 tech items from Harvey Norman in Tauriko and I was lucky enough to have the initial phone enquiry dealt with by Riqi from small appliances.nAlthough this was not Riqi's department he liased with a colleague, from computers and cellphones, Ernie. They worked as a team to give me a list of options & pricesnEverything was organised over the phone from the comfort of my home and all that remained for me to do was to pay for the items. I went into the store on their late night Thursday to meet Ernie who took the time out to set up my devices for me and explain how they would be most effectively used in the future. Ernie was extremely knowledgeable not to mention helpful and patient. Between Riqi's hard work and people skills and Ernie's expertise in his field all in all they my shopping experience completely stress free.
Curtis was amazing in helping me with exchanging our washing machine that we purchased in Australia, which was making a loud noise. His experience, knowledge and contacts with his suppliers is such a huge bonus when buying from a reputable company like Harvey Norman's. Thanks again Curtis for your awesome service.
Went in to buy a small item. Was the only person in the store at the time and outnumbered 20/1 with staff who were super pushy and in my face, I don't need to be approached 10 times just walking through the store. Won't be back. Find it weird the carpark was pretty full, assume its all staff parking. Was a strange experience.nnEdit - All the reviews here are fake. Who leaves a generic review with the name of who served them lol
I recently bought a fridge & washing machine from Monique in the appliance section.nShe was excellent in her help with choosing the right models & the overall experience with payment & arranging delivery.The delivery team Hillcrest apllianceswere amazing ,helpful,considerate & respectful & got my new fridge up a tricky 2nd level set of stairs.n10/10 to Monique & the delivery guys.nI've also just bought a new mattress from Harry in the bedding section.very helpful in helping me choose the mattress I could afford & with the whole payment & arranging delivery lift & shift guys were amazing getting my mattress up the same tricky stairs.n10/10 to Harry & lift n shift guys.nOverall experience at Harvey Norman Tauriko was excellent & I can't reccomend them enough & feel that they Monique & Harry & the delivery teams deserve recognition for excellent service
