We recently visited your store to buy a monitor and had a very good experience. Although the staff member in the technical department was already helping another customer, they still managed to assist us efficiently — it was a smooth and professional transition between both team members.nnWe then moved on to the vacuum section, where a young staff member was very helpful. When he wasn’t sure of an answer, he promptly asked a colleague who could assist — which we really appreciated.nnLastly, we went to look at the BBQs for sale. The sales assistant was friendly and helpful, though it did feel like she was under some pressure to make a sale, which slightly took away from the otherwise relaxed experience.nnOverall, it was a positive visit and we were impressed by the team’s helpfulness and effort across different departments

Terrible in store customer service. Eventually got someone to actually talk to me and was talked into purchasing a new fridge because of “free” delivery. The order took over a week to arrive. Then when I called to arrange the delivery date I was told that there is an additional “$30 install fee” to take it from the front door to the kitchen.nnGot sent the invoice and now it is apparently “$40 install fee” that they are wanting.nnDon’t trust anything you are told at this store - highly advise to purchase from another place!!
Shout out to Riki Burnett. I was super impressed with Riqi’s customer service. We bought a fridge freezer and was so happy with how he dealt with us that we returned and bought two ovens from him too. He gave the right amount of assistance without being pushy which a lot of sales people are and I would definitely return and look for Riqi for my next purchase. Thank you so much.
