We recently visited Harvey Norman Tauriko to purchase a new fridge, and the entire experience was fantastic, thanks to Maria. She truly went above and beyond to help our family.nAfter we bought the fridge, my husband was browsing the phones section as he suspected his own phone was faulty. Maria took the time to troubleshoot his issue and quickly figured out it was a network problem, not the phone itself. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not only solving his immediate problem but also discussing new phone and network plan options with him.nLater, Maria also assisted my son with some photography products. Again, she was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing great advice.nMaria’s expertise and genuine willingness to help across different departments made our visit memorable. She is a wonderful asset to the Tauriko store team! Highly recommended.
We had the best and most exceptional service today dealing with staff and harvey Norman electronic department today.The young chap did the right thing and got an experience staff to help as it was above his knowledge. RENAE WAS OUTSTANDING. with her knowledge down to earth no pressure approach. As we found out the young chapwhich have forget his name was learning the ropes.But he learnt quite alot from alround going forward.Would have no problem employing these 2 with there approach to work attitudes.Harvey norman have 2 good valuable staff here..Keep up the great work.Will definitely be back again with this great service.Thank you.

Dear Harvey Norman Team,nnI’d like to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Maria at your Tauriko store.nnI first met Maria two weeks ago when I came in to purchase a protective screen for my new iPhone 15 Pro. Her knowledge of Apple products impressed me immediately. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of several options, and I left feeling well-informed and confident to think things over.nnToday, I returned to speak with Maria again, and I’m so glad I did. After mulling things over, I decided to purchase the iPad Mini for my upcoming trip to Vietnam. Not only did Maria help me with that, she also guided me through camera options with clarity and patience. I had no intention of buying a camera, but after asking Maria a few questions and seeing how knowledgeable she was, combined with the bonus savings she highlighted, it was an easy decision. I purchased the Fujifilm X-M5 Travel Pack on the spot.nnAlthough the iPad Mini and extra Fuji battery weren’t available in-store, Maria kindly arranged for them to be sent to me in Katikati, knowing I wouldn’t be back in Tauriko for a month or so. She also explained the 10% gift card promotion and, when I mentioned I was considering transferring some funds to cover the unexpected purchase as my investments are tied up until mid next year, she suggested I consider GEM for additional savings.
