Big store with a lot off different stock, you can always find a good deal in there. The staff are not super helpful I couldn’t find a lol toy so I went ask one of the staff members for help and the kid that looks like he old enough to be son, just told me they are in the toys area. I said listen I just been looking there for the last ten minutes. He told me go look again. So went back still no luck than I ask another staff member they said sorry we have sold out. Anyways one good thing is you always find a park there. Which is very helpful. So if you could give the young kids working for you some lessons on how to be polite and more helpful.
That young lady that works the security kiosk at the front of your store 2 weeks ago I was accused of stealing jandals when I was carrying a $200 with a receipt that I just paid for. She looked at me as if I was a criminal. And then asked I didn't see you walking in here with jandals on. 20 years I've been a customer of the warehouse and I can comfortably say I will never enter another Warehouse because of this and have gone to Kmart where I'm actually treated like a human being. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by your staff
Went to Warehouse today to buy 5kg Shots Laundry powder. It was advertised at $14 and in smaller writing for 5kg. Next to the sign were unopened boxes. I thought based on the boxes and sign that it was $14 a box. Get to checkout and couldn't scan the barcode. Warehouse assistant said she will go and obtain barcode then comes bag and said I have to open the box and scan each package individually. Came up to $42. He'll no I ain't paying that. False advertising because Warehouse staff are too lazy to unpack the damn boxes and price tag is in smaller writing

Nice and clean, but they never really have makeup in stock. I love in Petone and have to mostly travel to lower hutt/ Wellington to get it.
