A huge store with a wide range of products. It sells everything: interior items, household items, gadgets, food, stationery, etc. The price is competitive, and there were some good promotions when I visited here.nnThe staff was friendly, helpful, and always smiled.nnEverything was labelled clearly and easy to find. The parking is quite big. The restroom was clean.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the kind Asian lady who helped my Nana at Warehouse Petone. My Nana can be a bit short-tempered, especially in crowded spaces, but this lady was incredibly patient and understanding. She assisted us in finding winter items Nana wanted and even helped her pick out the right sleepers, considering Nana's arthritis. Her kindness and compassion are truly inspiring, and she's a shining example of excellent customer service!
Usha - Thank you for being an amazing person, who went out of her way to help me find great clothing for my children. You go above and beyond in Customer Service exceptional! and you always offer assistance without hesitation when I shop at the store. 09/06/26nExcellent customer service from Usha in the clothing department. She went above and beyond to help. I was looking for a specific sweater in two different colours. She was able to bring up the barcode and confirm I had the correct ones while also finding me the colours I was looking for. Very kind, approachable lady. I'm grateful for her assistance otherwise I would've been very lost and she saved me a lot of time. Thank you Usha for your top tier service. If I could give 10 stars I would!
The Warehouse Petone is one of those stores where you can usually find what you're looking for without too much hassle. Good range of products and decent value, which keeps me coming back. I usually buy their large size instant coffee.nOne thing that stands out though is the amount of rubbish lying around outside the store. It isn't a great first impression and makes the entrance area look a bit neglected. It would be good to see a bit more pride and attention given to keeping the outside clean and tidy.nOverall, it's a good shopping experience inside the shop, but cleaning up the rubbish outside would make a real difference.
