Kmart is always a winner! I have found the staff very helpful. This store does get low on stock quickly though because it is servicing such a large population.nnThe only other thing I would say, which isnt related to this store specifically, is that it is such a shame we dont get all the cool things they get in Australia! Im Australian and I really miss the range of books for adults, homewares, and furniture
Me and my friend were trying to find a certain product at Kmart and were looking for this product for about an hour without success. We decided to ask a staff member for help and they directed us to the part of the store were they expected it to be. We looked in that area for a about quarter of an hour, and again, didn't have any luck with finding this product. We decided to find another staff member to ask for help. We found another staff member and this time they helped is to find this product. We still couldn't find it, so they looked out back. They couldn't find it, so they asked their manager if they knew where to find it, and no they couldn't find it either. They gave up. We wasted almost 2 hours trying to find this product and we left with nothing. I am very disappointed that this has happened, though this has not been the first time that it has been near impossible to find a product.
The store is jam packed with a huge variety of items. Something for everyone! I googled a specific item before visiting the store, and found it quickly.nnElse I could imagine, someone could spend hours happily meandering through the aisles.
Shelves are not up to date most of the times.nPrice tags on the shelves always confuse and we then have to scan the product at the nearest price scanner.nCheckout staff is good and have welcoming nature.
Great little place, with easy parking. The entry staff was informative and saved me time wandering around the store looking for 1 particular item. Check-out was seamless.
