The store is definitely bigger than I expected a store in a mall to be. You can find almost everything here, from interior to food and drink.nnEverything was labelled and organized clearly. When I visited, there was a big promotion for the books, most of which were children's books and teen novels.
GREAT STAFF - PRODUCTS & PRICESnCustomers are able to borrow their wheelchair & as a disabled old biker this is part of the service they provide I appreciate. SECURITY are friendly & happily helpful , the rest of the staff are either young trainees or mature & knowledgeable & I seek the later to benefit from their experience. The PETONE Store is closer to parking & less of a walk to get into so that's a consideration for the less physically able . On the rare occasion I've needed to return products staff have handled my difficulties with grace & kindness & treated me with dignity & respectnWhoever hires the staff deserves mention ... Well Done You
Great access and parking on the 2nd floor. Bathroom right near the entrance . School holiday sales are on. Office centre re photograph printing at there print kiosks confusing new at it staff really helpful. Like attending a private, workshop on how to. Areas well laid out not cramped. Add background music would have made it 10/10.
Not a good place to do large shopping as you need to drag your trolley through the food court out to the carpark. Need to dodge traffic while getting to your car. Petone warehouse by far is the best store to go to.
Went there to get some school supplies for my daughter. We did find the display board that she wanted. The staff from my previous visits were friendly and down to earth.
