Outstanding service from Faith. My 85 year old mum, had left a purchase at the store in error. Farmers service, in tracking it down went above and beyond. From my 1st email, via contact centre, to Faith, at Lower Hutt. I cant thank them enough. All sorted in less than a day. Mum sends her thanks too. Thanks again. Tried to ring the boss to say thanks but wasn't able to get through. 10 stars :

Department store located in Queensgate mall , the only mall around Wellington.nnIt has a wide collection of cosmetic and beauty products from big brands and I love that they have so many discounts and specials all year long.nnI also like the bedding and linen collections, as well as the kitchenware. Big electronic appliances are also available.nnThey have various clothing collection as well and here, we can see some furniture. They have mid-range to luxurious collections and that can be pricey.nnI think I see some toys as well.nnThe staff are very friendly and helpful, check out is smooth.nnThe store disability friendly too and easy to navigate
With the nursery sale that has just happened, the baby section had 1 worker in that domain. very poor customer service I felt outed because I needed help and no one ws around yet when the worker came back she fully ignored me and went to serve someone else. Do better and please organise your store abit better too kinda like upperhutt and porirua!
Had great service from this branch. I bought two sizeable items, and the guy who served medidn't catch his name brought the second item to the car, which was on a different floor and a decent walk into the Queensgate carpark. So thank you, Operator 375158.
