Lots of selection. We came here few times, bought headphones, heaters, ninja appliances, etc. Looking for vacuums next trip for our new place. They have lots of choices to choose from. They located the highest floor, lower floors have lots of furniture selections, and ground floor they have pets supplies store
Extremely disappointing after-sales service. I purchased a Panasonic washing machine that started malfunctioning within the first week of use. The issue was reported immediately, yet the company delayed resolving the matter for seven weeks without offering a replacement or refund. Despite multiple follow-up calls and emails, action was only taken after persistent efforts on my part. Eventually, they sent installers and a technician to inspect the machine. It was a frustrating and time-consuming seven-week ordeal just to get the machine returned.
Absolutely unacceptable. I bought two bed frames — same brand, same item number — on two different occasions from Lower Hutt store. Shockingly, the quality between the two is completely different. The second one, which was a shop display, is far superior in material, finish, and even color. The first one I received feels cheap and badly made. Clearly, what they show and what they sell are not the same. Total bait-and-switch.nWhen called to raise my concerns, the other person was dismissive. I would warn others to be very careful.
Not very nice place to be in.nEspecially the electrical department staffs some of those people should not be in sales or learn to respect customers don’t want to name any one as it’s not ethical but better to visit other stores Porirua and Paraparamu branches are great
Thank you so much to lovely Matt who made my shopping experience so easy, I struggle with social anxiety but he was so kind and understanding and answered every question I had. Highly recommend Harvey Norman!
