Great experience. Salesman went above and beyond and found out they had a better model tv for less. They do need to get better at talking about the cga instead of trying to sell extra product warranties.
Murray at the Lower Hutt store helped us immensely with the purchase of an oven years ago. Recently Murray gave us detailed information about a new dryer for us to make an informed choice. I visited the two Harvey Norman stores in Wellington, the downtown store and the Lower Hutt store, and had a very good experience in both.nIt contains almost everything you need for the home with a wide choice of products.nThe store is nice and well organized.nEddy and Tim were very good advice with clear and helpful explanations.nThe staff is friendly and available.nVery good value for money.
