Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sebel, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. A standout feature was the kitchen, so I could have my morning coffee.nnWe'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The hotel's amenities, combined with its excellent location, especially for young families is great. Thanks to the staff who checked if we were ok during our stay as my husband has mobility issues, much appreciated.
I cannot find one complaint about this placenThe hospitality here has been amazing always checking in, every single person has been so happy and making sure we have everything we need. We are here from Australia and they added a cot in the room.nIt’s walking distance to anything you could need. Everything was so clean and tidy. The hotel is modern and nice. The food and drinks are very nice and the buffet breakfast was yum.nThe staff here are just beautiful people and made our stay so enjoyable.
I had a wonderful experience staying at The Sebel Manukau. Upon arrival, I was met with a busload of tourists checking in, but despite the busy atmosphere, a very helpful staff member went out of her way to assist me. She noticed my booking had an issue made through a third party and immediately took control of the situation with professionalism and kindness.nnShe put my mind at ease, collected my luggage to one side, and helped me locate a contact number for Booking.com. Thanks to her persistence and care, the issue was resolved smoothly. Throughout the process, she remained calm, courteous, and genuinely hospitable.nnMy room exceeded expectations—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, warm, and cosy. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well.nnA lovely bonus was the view from my room of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple, illuminated at night—absolutely peaceful and serene.nnLocation was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants accessible to highways but yet there was definitely no traffic noise.nnStaying at The Sebel Manukau truly felt like a next-level experience. I’ll definitely return.
Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel! The standout amenity was by far the breakfast buffet, which is honestly one of the best hotel buffets I've had. Everything was delicious and there were a ton of options, from bacon and sausages to yogurt cups and fruit.nnThe rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, and I enjoyed the shower a lot. The only downside with our room was it was facing the amusement park, and you could definitely hear the screaming. Not an issue if you're out for the day obviously as the park closes at night, but don't plan on taking a nap in the room if you're in during the day.nnWe did have an issue during the last day in which none of our key cards worked, but the hotel staff was able to get that fixed quickly.
Welcoming, friendly staff. They gave us a great room with a view of the temple. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Good value for the money, especially on a holiday weekend.
