The Sebel Auckland Manukau

Exceptional front service staff and ladies at the restaurant. Everyone was polite, respectful and prompt with answers. All my requests were taken care of and regular cleaning of the rooms was done properly and in a timely manner. On the last day, they offered to keep safe my bags one last time in their safe storage so that I could offer my prayers to a nearest religious temple before boarding the flight. I was touched by this sweet gesture.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip to NZ. It was wonderful. Lovely room, very comfortable. Everything was great. Nicolette at reception was particularly helpful and an asset to the hotel! Will stay here the next time we are in Auckland without hesitation

It is a good hotel if you want to be close to the airport. If you want to be central, it would not be a good location. In general quite good but we expected better rooms. It has a microwave in case one day you don't want to eat out you can do it in the room that other hotels would have to do. The buffet is good but could be improved, I think that sometimes things run out and it takes a while to replenish them. The service in general very friendly. The open parking is paid although it has a good price, it seems to me that it should be free under these conditions.

Dealt with Fau today who rectified an issue I had with an online booking. She was patient and well mannered and turned a situation that could have gone south quickly into finding an adequate solution that I was very satisfied with.nGood to see staff who care about their guests. Well done Fou you turned 2.5 stars into a 5!
