We especially appreciated the plush bedding, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom featured sleek fixtures and a generously sized shower, stocked with high-quality amenities that added a touch of luxury.nnService throughout my stay was warm and attentive. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also had the pleasure of dining at the on-site restaurant, where the menu offered a satisfying blend of local flavors and international favorites. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and well-presented—perfect for starting the day.nnOverall, The Sebel Auckland Manukau delivered a refined and relaxing experience. I have been a ACCOR member for a while and I was truly blown away. Firstly I got upgraded to a deluxe room....which was unexpected. This beautifully appointed room has a kitchenette with beautiful appliances. The room was so beautiful and the bed was so comfy. They even arranged a complimentary happy Birthday cake and sparkling water on arrival. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Steph. The property itself is so conveniently situated close to all local attractions, supermarkets and motorways.

Good hotel and service at affordable price.nHad slight presentation issues as few areas in the hotel was under maintenance. Overall, had very good experience.nAlso, the location was great. Easily accessible to all the local amenities and even the airport.

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Manukau. We loved the accommodation—the suite was very spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to relax and feel comfortable.n​The good breakfast was the perfect way to start our day, and we especially appreciated how incredibly welcoming the staff were throughout our visit. For travelers, the location is ideal, offering a quick and short driving distance to Auckland Airport AKL, which made our morning departure absolutely stress-free. Highly recommend!

My first time with these guys. We had a work Christmas party. There was quite a few of us. Probably a group of 40-50. They seated us in the patio/ sun area.nnIT WAS HOT . Thank God we had drinks. But how are you going to seat that many people there in the sun.nnThey need a DOUBLE shade pull down. Not one. And if they know that there was that many people coming and know they won't be able to cater to both food, space AND temperature so that customers are comfortable. WHY take them?.nnThe food was good was okay. Needed salt. There was no salt/ pepper and because the space of moving around was small. No one was able to get up and down. Not even for seconds of food. For that I would not recommend this place for bigger groups. It's too risky.
